This notice explains how WASISCO processes the data of people who visit the site or contact us. It covers the purposes of processing, retention periods, service providers and how to exercise your rights.
Data controller and data collected
The data controller is WASISCO S.r.l., tax code and VAT number 07210700485, with registered office at Via Modigliani 73, 50142 Florence (FI), Italy. For privacy information or to exercise your rights, write to info@wasiscogroup.com. We process the data you provide through the website forms or contact details: your full name, email address, telephone number, company, city and information related to your enquiry. In the ‘Your Marketing Team’ form, you may also provide your role and a link to your business's social media page. Fields marked as required, including telephone number and city on the landing page, are needed to submit that form. Other fields may be left blank. You can also contact us directly using the details published on the website. Please do not include sensitive data or unnecessary information about other people in your enquiry. To deliver and protect the service, the platform providers also process technical connection and browsing data generated when the website is used.
How we use your data
We use your data to respond to you, contact you again and assess the project or quote you requested. For pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. When you contact us as a representative of a company, processing is based on our legitimate interest in managing the professional relationship and answering your enquiry, under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Our team assesses enquiries personally. We do not use automated systems to score enquiries or decide which prospective clients to accept. Submitting a form and reading this notice does not subscribe you to a newsletter or promotional communications. These forms do not collect marketing consent.
Service providers and transfers
Enquiries are handled by WASISCO S.r.l. and its authorised staff. We do not plan to share them with other companies in the group. We use Framer to host the website and manage the forms technically, Google Workspace for email and Google Sheets to record enquiries. The forms forward data to info@wasiscogroup.com and the connected sheets. The providers process data on our behalf under the data processing agreements applicable to their services. These services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Depending on the transfer, the providers' agreements provide for European Commission adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses. Data retention
Information requests and quotes that do not lead to a client relationship are kept for 12 months from the last contact relevant to the enquiry, then deleted. If a contractual relationship is established, the data needed to manage it is processed for the purposes and periods applicable to that relationship and the related legal obligations. The 12-month period stated here applies to enquiries that are not pursued. Technical data is kept for as long as needed for the operation and security of the service, according to the purposes and conditions applicable to the providers.
Browsing and external services
The website uses Framer to publish pages and media. Framer describes its built-in analytics as using neither cookies nor persistent identifiers. This characteristic concerns Framer's analytics system; it does not mean that technical services use no storage technologies at all. Links to social media and other external websites lead to services operated by third parties, which are governed by their own privacy notices.
Your rights and updates
Where provided for by the GDPR, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest for reasons relating to your particular situation.
